  • 1/2 red onion (sliced thinly)
  • 4 oz black vinegar
  • 4 oz dark beer
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a zip-top bag. Add meat of choice. Remove as much air as possible and close the bag. Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours (or overnight).
